Hi O'Hooligan here!

Well I hope you all had a lovely Christmas Day and let yourselves go! You should now have received your individual training programmes put together by Degsy in the new club villa down in Costa Rica.

All programmes start tomorrow with cold water swim at Carr Mill Dam at 5am so I will see you all there! And so to this demonstration at the St Helens Town game on 6th Jan. We will need banners and placards with things like 'walk dont run', 'running is a sin', 'walking is the new running', 'beware the blue card', 'Betty is watching' and we will need glue to stick ourselves to the pitch!

Or have I missed the meaning and demonstration means we are going to show Joe public the right or wrong way to play our wonderful game? I think it may be the latter! So training starts tomorrow!
