What is Walking Football?

The game has very specific rules that outlaw Running, Tackling and Full Contact between players

These simple rules ensure that the sport is played safely with due consideration and respect for players of all ages and ability.

This slower version of the beautiful game reduces the threat of injury, pain or discomfort.

The format is perfect for former players of all and any ability. It’s a great way for those looking to exercise.

Friday evening sessions

NOT strictly Walking football – but all welcome to a relaxed and friendly game
7pm to 8:15pm 

The Prescot School, Knowsley Park Lane, L34 3NB.

Games will now be played indoors in the sports hall.
